Description
幹が非常に短く、高さ約4（まれに7）mに達し、径20～30cm。羽状葉は長さ1.5～2.5m、カーブし緑灰色を帯びる。小葉はグループでつき、長さ20～30cm、幅2cm程度。生育は遅く、庭園樹として面白い椰子である。
別名ハンセアナ。
