How ordering works

1. Choose the item or project scope

Use the online shop for smaller items, and contact us directly for large plants or consultation-based orders.

2. Confirm availability and shipping

Plant size, packing method, and shipping cost differ by item, so we confirm them individually before finalizing.

3. Pay by bank transfer in advance

Payment is by bank transfer in advance. Transfer fees are borne by the customer.

4. Shipment after confirmation

We arrange shipment after payment is confirmed and coordinate a preferred delivery window when possible.

In addition to the listed product price, box charges, packing fees, shipping, and transfer fees may apply. Oversized items are quoted separately.

Returns and replacement

Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for customer-side reasons. If a plant is clearly damaged or dead on arrival, please contact us within 3 days.

Shipping reference

Shipping is grouped into A (under 1m), B (under 2m), and oversized freight. This table is the current baseline reference for parcel-size shipping.

Some plant detail pages may show item-specific shipping notes when size, packing method, or destination conditions differ from the baseline table below.

Oversized freight may require unloading assistance, a forklift, or a crane truck on arrival depending on the destination and specimen size.
