Yokoen ships nationwide from Miyazaki. Parcel shipping follows the reference classes shown on the ordering page.

Oversized freight and remote destinations are handled after individual confirmation because unloading conditions differ by destination.

Mixed freight can reduce transport cost when plant size, packing method, and destination schedule are compatible.

We confirm whether mixed loading is possible after reviewing specimen size, quantity, and unloading conditions at the destination.

Large plants may require manual unloading support, a forklift, or a crane truck on arrival.

Please share destination access conditions, road width, and whether unloading equipment is available before finalizing shipment.

On-site planting is arranged after reviewing site photos, drawings, access conditions, and the required specimen size.

Travel, accommodation, and equipment requirements are quoted separately when the project scope requires them.
