Availability, specimen size, and shipping conditions are confirmed individually before final acceptance.
Delivery timing
Shipment is arranged after payment confirmation. Delivery timing is coordinated separately for oversized freight or planting-inclusive projects.
Returns / replacement
Returns are generally not accepted for customer-side reasons. If a plant is clearly damaged or dead on arrival, contact us within 3 days.
